We are now looking for a talented Engineering Manager.

Reporting to the VP Engineering, you’ll manage a functional team of 6-8 Software Engineers across multiple disciplines (Backend, iOS, Android, Web). The role is both being a technical leader and a people manager.

What you will do:

  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers in delivering a high quality software to our users

  • In collaboration with other leaders, build your team’s roadmap

  • Own your team’s delivery & quality

  • Hire talented Engineers with the support of the People team

  • Ensure the development of each member of your team through coaching and mentoring

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with other organisations (Product, Operations)

  • Set an environment where Engineers build, release, monitor and support the sections they own (“You build it, you run it”).

  • Work with the team to identify and Implement improvements in our processes & practices

  • Build & monitor relevant Engineering Productivity metrics

  • You are in the right place if:

  • Experience in managing, leading and growing engineers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

  • Experience working in Agile at Scale development team

  • A background as an individual contributor in one our specialty (backend, iOS, Android, Web) and willingness to help when required

  • Good Design and architecture knowledge

  • Some knowledge with our stack: PHP 7, Go, MySQL, React, Swift, Kotlin, Docker, GCP.

  • Additional information:

  • Open position in any of our offices (Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Madrid) with up to 2 days/week in remote work

  • Position is also eligible to Full remote if you live in a different city (in France)
