Luos is the Docker of embedded systems. In other words, it is the software architecture for efficiently design, test and deploy embedded applications.

More in details, Luos is a startup that develops a research-based software technology to reduce the time-to-market of the embedded market and facilitate the development of new electronic products.

They design a nervous system and an API for embedded systems, an innovative communication technology dedicated to electronics.

Their ambition is to change the way embedded software is developed by replicating some major advances that occurred in the web and software fields. They advocate a microservice and API approach for embedded systems.
Their customers build consumer electronics, robots, smart home appliances, IoT, new mobility, etc.

Job description

Facing the constant rise of Luos users and with the attractiveness of our business offers, Luos is acquiring new customers. They need to be accompanied in their developments, oriented towards the solutions that would best fit their needs, or helped if they have questions about the technology.
As a Customer Success Architect, and with the help of the Administrative Director, you will be in the best position to build an effective service centered around our customers’ needs.

  • Help thinking, defining and organizing the Customer Care and Success service.
  • Define and prepare the proper tools.
  • Begin to interact with customers.
  • Interview and hire new recruits for your team.
  • Manage the team and make sure everything run smoothly.

You will work very closely to the Development Team, in a small but fast-expanding structure in which the atmosphere is relaxed and communication-friendly. By coming to work for Luos, you will lay the foundations of our young company and the future of embedded development with us!

Preferred experience

You are first of all passionate about hi-tech, and you love communicating with people. You like challenges and are not afraid of building something (almost) from scratch with solid foundations.


  • You have previous experiences in Customer Success / Customer Care services, and have a good idea of what should be done (and why).
  • You are comfortable with any type of communication and any type of person.
  • You can manage a team and have experience doing so.
  • You have excellent writing and talking skills in French and English.
  • Knowledge in technical subjects such as embedded systems is an asset.

  • One first meeting to understand your wishes and to explain our needs.
  • One more “technical” meeting to challenge you on your skills and experiences (optional, depending on which offer you apply for).
