The Tech Lead Back is responsible for the back-end technology at Luko. They ensure that the code quality is consistent, define good practices in cooperation with the team, work on developing the platform for Luko back-end services (shared libraries, protocols for communication between micro-services, etc).

The Tech Lead Back is also responsible for organizing the events of the back-end team: giving internal talks on tech subjects and asking back-end devs to give talks, manage the tech blog of the back-end team, etc.

Your job

• Ensure the back-end developers have same methodology, skills, best practices.
• Ensure that the tools used by back-end developers are common
• Define the Luko Way of doing tech stuff for the back-end team
• Responsible of code quality in the back-end team
• Work on the shared libraries inside Luko
• Coordinate the back-end tech talks
• Review major MR, and ensure minor MR are well reviewed
• Bring knowledge to his tech team by his seniority
• Bring new tools that increase dev productivity : technology watch

Who are you?

Must have

• 4 years of professional Python experience
• In-depth knowledge of Flask and its ecosystem
• Prior professional experience with micro-services
• Pragmatism, open-mindedness, autonomy and initiative (that is truly important!)

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS
