At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 5 tribes, set up in a product-based organisation. Each tribe constitutes several cross-functional squads (product + engineering + design) and executes towards its own roadmap for customer and business impact.

User Acquisition tribe focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers

Moment of Truth tribe aims at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims included

New Business tribe focuses on launching new products, services and markets

User Life tribe maximises customer touchpoints by creating engagement opportunities. They are a home care partner guiding customers to the right solution

CoreInsurance tribe owns all the products and features in order to support Luko's Insurance activities, from regulation to tech


The User Acquisition tribe

As part of User Acquisition, you will primarily work on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers and launching new insurance products. Through different channels, this squad is responsible for creating diverse advertising campaigns, building new partnerships and creating our Luko brand that represents us as we are: reliable, caring, committed, accessible and ever-evolving.
 

Your mission at Luko in Germany

Partnerships is one of Luko’s key growth channel and strategic priorities. It has proven to generate healthy Unit Economics in the past in Germany as well as other global entities of the Luko Group.

As our Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for partnership strategy and execution (from defining the roadmap to signing and implementing new partnerships) at Luko Germany, in close collaboration with Germany’s Head of Growth and the General Manager. You will get the support you need from them to make the partnerships channel a key revenue driver for Germany.

By participating in strategic events, networking and constantly meeting new people, you build strong relations with Germany’s most successful tech companies leaders. If you already bring a professional network of contacts that’s a plus - but if not that’s also no problem as you can build on the already established contacts and will get the support by the GM and other partnerships teams at Luko.

You will notably:

  • Define and lead an action plan (roadmap, marketing plan, product, operations, sales ...) for partnerships in Germany
  • Identify, approach and onboard the key strategic partners
  • Negotiate the best deals with key stakeholders while always preserving the Luko love
  • Engage with our key partners, create relationships and alignment for long term success
  • Expand existing partnership for a higher value for Luko (both in Germany and Group-wide - e.g. by support the expansion of Germany partners into other countries) and for Luko’s customers
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise existing and future partnerships based on data

 

Who are you?

Must have

  • First experience in either a partnerships, business development, sales, strategy, consulting or entrepreneurship role
  • Experience in a start-up / scale-up organisation and / or used to working in fast-moving environments
  • Negotiation, influencing and communication abilities to close deals and influence outcomes externally and internally, even without formal authority
  • Limitless energy and motivation to move mountains - build, animate and scale the best partnership network for Luko
  • Sales and partner-oriented, hands on, autonomous, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, written & spoken

Nice to have

  • Interest for tech, fintech, proptech, (pet) commerce
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable in a technical environment

Languages

  • Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
