Your mission in the team:
As part of the BizOps (Business Operations) team you will build the strategy, processes & tooling to launch and empower international operational teams and continuously scale.
As the International Business Operations Lead you will have two key missions
Launch & scale Ops in new countries- You will help our Ops teams scale in new countries by identifying great talent and train the teams [currently of two people] to be the best they can be
- You will be accountable to ensure that our central Ops processes are well implemented everywhere
- You will be our go-to-person to ensure that our processes are adapted to fit country specifications - your inputs will be key to achieve this.
Scale CS & Claims & Terminations as execution machines internationally- You will work closely with the Ops leadership to ensure our international ops teams are efficient, scalable and customer-obsessed
- You are obsessed with operational excellence : you will be the owner of monitoring operational excellence and processes and you will constantly be expected to identify improvement opportunities
- You are a problem-solver first : you love findings ways to make things work better, faster, and stronger for our international operations teams
- You collaborate easily and you love scale: You will work with Product, Data, App teams to ensure they understand the information they need to implement new models, and product features that have the largest possible impact
- You will constantly help the International Ops teams on new process implementations
Who are you?
- You have previous experience working in Operations or Data Analysis [ideally +2 years]
- Language : English and French fluency [Spanish or German are a plus]
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset & you are a real problem solver
- You are data driven, and highly analytical
- You are extremely rigorous and methodological
- You have a high degree of autonomy, drive and energy
- You have great coordination skills and like federating teams
- You have a get things done attitude: you are a self starter willing to roll up sleeves and execute fast
- You are creative, able and willing to think outside the box
