Your mission in the team:

As the Corporate Communication Manager, you will be responsible of our corporate communication strategy conjointly with the People and the Brand team. You will establish a corporate content roadmap (corporate articles, diffusion channels), learn to elaborate an employee advocacy strategy, discover what is a brand employee value proposition and review ours, and get the chance to connect with well known contests and podcasts to have Luko take part in them.

  •  Help defining our corporate communication strategy (topics, diffusion channels, engagement levers, KPIs) and produce content related to it (articles, social posts, videos...)
  • Support our corporate roadmap for press relations and help plan major announcement and corporate campaigns
  • Fuel our employee advocacy strategy, find ambassadors among employees and partners for the corporate blog
  • Deploy our brand employee value proposition
  • Connect with contests and podcasters to have Luko participate in them

Who are you?

Must-haves:

  • Previous experience in communication and interest for employee advocacy/employer branding
  • You have good writing editorial and communication skills in English and French
  • You have minimum knowledge of social media for corporate communication (Linkedin, Twitter...)
  • You are rigorous, structured, organised and proactive
  • You are comfortable in fast paced environment & comfortable with working cross-functionally with different teams
  • You speak french fluently and have a good level in english
  • You have minimum knowledge of social media for corporate communication (Linkedin, Twitter...)

Nice to have:

  • You have a good knowledge startup/tech scene
  • Experience in running employee advocacy campaigns
