At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 5 tribes, set up in a product-based organisation. Each tribe constitutes several cross-functional squads (product + engineering + design) and executes towards its own roadmap for customer and business impact.

User Acquisition tribe focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers

Moment of Truth tribe aims at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims included

New Business tribe focuses on launching new products, services and markets

User Life tribe maximises customer touchpoints by creating engagement opportunities. They are a home care partner guiding customers to the right solution

CoreInsurance tribe owns all the products and features in order to support Luko's Insurance activities, from regulation to tech

As part of Moment of Truth, you are the point of contact for our customers. Together with the tech team, the Claims team and the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for always providing a simple, transparent and caring service for our customers.

 

Your mission in the team: 

As part of the Bizops (Business Operations) team, you will build the strategy, processes & tools to scale networks (repairmen & experts) using our own tools & no-code tools (e.g. Bubble) in France & launch them in Spain/Germany to empower operational teams (Claim Managers & Customer Success team). You role will be key to enhance operational excellence for existing ops teams and launch new strategic projects (such as home services).

As Business Operations Manager you will have two key missions

Launch & scale networks in new countries
  • You will help our Ops team scale in new countries by launching networks able to manage expertise & repairs for Luko
  • You will create a process to make sure that our networks use our tools properly, and constantly improve this process to gather data 
  • You will be our go-to-person to ensure that our processes are adapted to fit country specifications - your inputs will be key to achieve this
Scale networks in France
  • You will continue scaling our networks in France in order to help our Ops team manage all claims faster and in a seamless way. You will identify, recruit and retain the perfect partners
  • You will make repair experience a unique and positive experience by developing our home services leveraging existing networks in order to make Luko the go-to one-stop shop for home caring
  • You are obsessed with operational excellence : you will be the owner of monitoring of operational excellence and processes and you will be expected to constantly identify improvement opportunities
  • You are a problem-solver first : you love findings ways to make things work better, faster, and stronger 
  • You collaborate easily and you love scale: you will work with Product, Data, and App teams to ensure they understand the information they need to implement new models, and product features that have the largest possible impact

Who are you? 

  • You have a previous experience working in Operations or Data Analysis [ideally 1-2 years minimum]
  • Language : English and French fluency [Spanish or German are a plus]
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset & you are a real problem solver
  • You are data driven, and highly analytical
  • You are extremely rigorous and methodological
  • You have a high degree of autonomy, drive and energy
  • You have great coordination skills and like federating teams
  • You have a get things done attitude: you are a self starter willing to roll up sleeves and execute fast
  • You are creative, able and willing to think outside the box

  • Lukofit (behavioural & culture-fit interview) with the People Team
