As our lucky first hire in sales management, your role will be very diversified.

Management

  • manage and grow a team of top-performing talents in business development and sales to drive growth
  • oversee strategy and execution of the entire sales funnel

    • Lead generation: build a predictable and scalable source of MQL and SQL
    • Closing: build an amazing and scalable closing model
  • you will meet and exceed quarterly sales team quotas by holding your team accountable for activities that lead to revenue generation

Sales strategy & process

  • identify new business opportunities and be ready to test them
  • identify, develop and implement new sales strategy and playbooks to maximize business development and sales
  • set the best processes and stack for your duties (CRM, automation, sales enablement…)
  • leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals

Profil recherché

  • you have 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS and leading an enterprise sales team with a track record of consistent results
  • you are a hands-on person
  • you have your point of view on how to develop scalable and productive sales organizations
  • you are a quick thinker and have the ability to fast understand new concepts
  • you have excellent relationship and communication skills and you can adapt to various interlocutors (C-level, tech team, partners, etc)
  • you speak English and French fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment
  • you are a real ambitious team player who want to build a big success story with us
  • you have a proven history of attracting, retaining and developing high performance Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
  • you believe in Lizee’s primary mission to make retail green and great again

Déroulement des entretiens

• Applicant initial validation: added value, key achievements, motivations, job match, culture match
• Phone interview
• On-site meetings, including use-case, for about 2 hours in our office with team-members
• Online meeting with the investor team
• Share a drink with the Lizee team
