You role

As one of the lucky first hire in Business Development at Lizee, your role will be very diversified. You will be in charge of:

  • generating a maximum of sales opportunities (inbound and outbound) by identifying, contacting and qualifying leads
  • building long-term business relationship with brands and retailers

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key role of a fast growing company. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial individual with strong values that can both develop the daily business and implement long term strategies for the business.

You missions

  • develop our lead generation sources (Inbound & Outbound)
  • build a qualified sales pipeline (MQL)
  • be responsible for new business targets (SQL)
  • identify new business opportunities and be ready to test them
  • develop, communicate and implement new sales strategy to maximize business development
  • work hand in hand with the Sales Account Executives

Profil recherché

This job is for you if

• you have a proven crush in B2B Business Development and most specifically in SaaS Sales
• you have your point of view on how to develop scalable and productive sales organizations
• you have awareness of best-in-class tools for SDRs and Sales
• you have excellent relationship and communication skills and you can adapt to various interlocutors (C-level, tech team, partners, etc)
• you speak French and English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment
• you are a real team player who want to build a big success story with us
• you are ambitious and you want to learn, improve and gain responsibility
• you believe in Lizee’s primary mission to make retail greener and great again

These are extras

• you have already worked in sales or business development
• you already worked in the retail tech or logistics space
• you already worked with a startup


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Applicant initial validation: added value, key achievements, motivations, job match
  • Phone interview
  • On-site meetings, including use-case, for about 2 hours in our office with team-members
  • Share a drink with the Lizee team
