  • You are the voice of the customer
  • The ability to provide an exceptional customer experience to end-users and internal teams
  • Responding to customer requests & issues
    quickly, professionally and with empathy
  • ~ 10% of your time will be Customer Success
  • Bring in new ideas to delight our customers
  • Gather feedback & help shape future product(s)
  • Proactively update databases & other tools
  • Predict customer needs & build a knowledgebase

Profil recherché

  • High level of proactivity and GTD mentality
  • You are diligent, humble, organized, able to
    prioritize, have a friendly disposition and quite importantly are a good listener
  • Commitment and the desire of working in a dynamic environment
  • Embody our core values: transparency, proactivity and growth mind set
  • Have a strong willingness to continuous improvement and to take on responsibility
  • Ideally a first experience in customer-facing roles [support, service, sales…]
  • Attention to details, and a Team Player
  • Fluent in written and spoken French & German and ideally English as well

Déroulement des entretiens

We would like an ideal rhythm of 4 days in the company and 1 day in school.
