Job description

Livi is Europe’s leading digital healthcare company backed by top tier investors including Accel and Index Ventures. We’re on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by providing digital and seamless digi-physical services that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location. Our headquarters are located in Stockholm but we’re expanding internationally, with live operations already in Norway, Germany, France and the UK.

As part of the Strategy & Performance team, your mission will be to participate to the business planning & forecasting initiatives as well as monitor our performance, support and run strategic projects and facilitate cross-team collaboration. You will be exposed to a variety of problems at a fast pace and will often work as an embedded part of various teams. 

Missions :

  • Steer and support some strategic and hands-on projects, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality delivery with stakeholders, from high-level monitoring to deep project management & analytics. Exemplary projects include identifying implementation of user acquisition and activation initiatives, optimising parts of our patient experience from a commercial, product and ops perspective (e.g. lab tests) or assessing new healthcare initiatives. 
  • Participate to company’s performance monitoring through accurate and relevant KPIs, thus enriching the decision capabilities of Management and Leadership team members
  • Improve internal processes for growth and help us run on a smooth operating rhythm. Facilitate internal communication & ways of working (monthly keynotes, kick-off meetings, gatherings, ...) and on specific projects, breaking silos and acting as a sounding board to new ideas. 
  • Participate to market & competitive intelligence. Develop a deep quantitative and qualitative understanding of the competitive landscape that can power critical strategic decisions. Manage and enrich knowledge management collaborative tools. Deeply assess how we can create and enhance differentiation relative to competition.
  • Support preparation of tactical and financial planning as well as opportunity exploration & prioritisation: identify new ideas and businesses, develop hypothesis that push the business forward and plans to test them, and use data to rigorously prioritise how we deploy our resources.
  • Prepare regular financial and strategy updates for various stakeholders within the company

Profile: 

  • 2-4 years of experience in working with strategy, business development and structured problem solving and analysis, e.g. through experience in management consulting or tech
  • Business & analytical mindset. You are able to deal with ambiguity and volatility and learn new skills quickly. Skilled with using numbers and data to prove a point
  • Able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments and have a can-do/ will-do mindset
  • Experiences in planning and leading strategic initiatives / projects. You are organised and structured. You pay attention to detail in the execution and the follow-up of missions
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple unknowns with Agility and creativity
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Passionate about transforming the way healthcare is provided across Europe, and particularly in the Sweden, while putting the patient first
