We are now looking for an analyst to expand our analytics efforts within France. In this role, you will analyse large datasets and craft actionable insights. You will work alongside managers and support key decisions in a fast-moving environment. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience of working with data, sharp analytical thinking, an ability to make sense of findings, and a commitment to teamwork.

What you’ll do

● You will partner with a wide diversity of teams (Product, Marketing, Operations …), building actionable data reports and visualizations
● You will run deep data investigations using relevant statistical approaches and present findings to teams
● You will help developing reporting tools/materials, for both internal and external stakeholders
● You will have the opportunity to enhance your data skills benefiting from a strong central team based in Sweden, with continuous knowledge sharing and training sessions
● Take part in the transformation of French Healthcare system !

Who you are

● Strong analytical mindset, ability to formalize problems and turn
data into actionable recommendations
● 2+ years of experience in a similar role
● Demonstrated interest in Healthcare sector
● Intellectual curiosity with an entrepreneurial mindset
● Proficiency with SQL and a visualization tool is a strong plus
● Versatile, self-driven, detail oriented and hands-on
● Outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skills
● Fluent in French and English
