As part of the customer experience team, you will join a crew of product experts willing to give great service, and work on solutions to educate our team and customers.
This is a key role that will help us build and shape the product education team. You will be the person of reference for our product and will be coordinating with different teams to make sure everyone has the same level of knowledge.
You will be our very first product educator and you will report directly to our head of customer experience.

Missions
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Having complete ownership to manage our documentation (available both in English and French)
  • Building in-app product tours to improve our user onboarding
  • Creating product education videos, holding webinars to educate our users
  • Working with the product managers to train our customer experience team on new features and product releases
  • Analyzing and improving the traffic and performance of our documentation

Profil recherché

For this Product Education Expert role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in knowledge management
  • Experience in our stack of tools is a huge plus: Help Scout, Intercom, Localize, Wistia
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Experience creating video content and editing
  • Native or bilingual in English and French
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
