As Livestorm is growing rapidly, our team is aiming to further develop the development of our product by using the latest technology, without compromising on the code legacy. Therefore, we are looking for an Engineering Manager who is passionate about leading a team of talented developers to develop a product used by 3,000+ customers across the globe.

Livestorm is currently looking for two Engineering Managers to lead respectively the Integration and Room Squads.

As an Engineering Manager for the Integration squad, your goal will be to accelerate the development of our product by building powerful integrations with Livestorm.

As an Engineering Manager for the Room squad (the Room designates the page where a webinar, a web conference, or a meeting is held on Livestorm), your goal will be to improve the overall experience in the room by building or improving functionalities such as the video, chat, polls or recording.

In this role, you’ll work alongside the developers, technical support and product designer of the Integration Squad, and will be reporting into Tom, the Chief Technology Officer. A close relationship with the Product Manager will also be key in order to define the tasks and goals of the squad.

While Livestorm has headquarters in Paris, we are a remote-first company. As a matter of fact, the members of our tech team are located between cities in France, Spain or Greece, so we are looking for the best talent, no matter where you live.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading successfully the Integration squad composed of 5 developers, a technical support, a product designer and a project manager. You will ensure that the team meets its goals and performs at the highest level.
• Guiding and supporting the Integration squad from a managerial and technical stand-point. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching and retaining our top talent.
• Delivering on the quarterly Objectives and Key Results defined by the CPO and CTO. You will monitor the results and help resolve any blockers to ensure that your team stays on track of their goals.

As an Engineering Manager for the Integration squad, you’ll also be specifically responsible for:

• Developing the Livestorm API and the integrations, with the help of your team, in order to synchronize accurate data between Livestorm and other relevant software in the industry.
• Identifying, with the help of your team, any improvements in our product, processes or practices. You will take concrete actions to constantly improve the performance of the Integrations squad.

As an Engineering Manager for the Room squad, you’ll also be specifically responsible for:

• Developing the overall experience in the room, with the help of your team, in order to create engaging functionalities for our customers.
• Identifying with the help of your team, any improvements in our product, processes or practices. You will take actions to constantly improve the performance of the Room squad.

For this Engineering Manager role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Strong experience in people management
• Proven experience working and developing agile teams
• Background in either Product Management, Software DevOps or QA Management
• Fluency in English and French
