After six successful years accompanying Hospitals, Clinics and Healthcare professionals in France, we are now aiming to replicate this success in the UK. We are currently looking for our first Sales Executive in London to accelerate our international development and build long term relationships with our customers.

Main responsibilities

  • In charge of defining the prospection strategy in collaboration with our CRO and our Chief International Expansion Officer.
  • Identify and meet with potential customers and explain how Lifen can help them generate more revenue (customer loyalty, customer acquisition).
  • You are responsible for the entire selling process: target key companies and stakeholders in the UK, present our services during on-site meetings with clients, conduct client negotiations, close deals.
  • Define and follow up key metrics, action plan and process to reach our commercial targets.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with Hospitals, understanding their needs and demonstrating our ability to support demanding customer journeys with state-of-the art customisation, industrialisation and automation.
  • Organise and work closely with the existing teams in France: share your learnings on the market, share product feedback. etc.
  • Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of experience in the healthcare sector in the UK. Experience in area of information systems is a must, whether on the provider or vendor side.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • You are hands on! You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will be responsible for signing and launching our first partnerships with hospitals, this means talking to clients directly but also training users if needed.
  • Being at the beginning of an adventure like the one we are proposing thrills you. Working in a fast-paced environment is something with which you are at ease.
  • NHS experience (selling into NHS or procuring on behalf of NHS) is preferred over private provider experience.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with, present to and influence credibly and effectively all levels of the organization.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands, make good decisions and action promptly.
  • You are an English native speaker. Any other European language is a plus.
