Come and join our Interop team as a Software Engineer!

Interop team is in charge of producing tools that connect and monitor healthcare data flows and works both with low level layers (SFTP, S3 etc.) and higher level topics (strict compliance to healthcare industry standards).

The team works mainly with Node.js and Rails technologies.

Our current challenges are the scalability, deliverability, and growth of this major application on the technical aspect as well as on the architectural and organizational aspects.

Responsibilities

✅ Participate to the developments in collaboration with the QA and Product teams

🛠 Contribute to the different components (internal tools, processing flows)

🔮 Analyze & optimize our applications' performance

Requirements

🏅You have proven working experience with a minimum of 4 years in software development

💥 You master programming, be it JavaScript, TypeScript, or other languages.

📣You have a great capacity to present your ideas, to gather feedback and to support decision-making

💪You have solid experience with developer tools (IDE, Git/Github, etc) and proven exposure to a production environment (Continuous Integration, etc)

🙌You show great flexibility, autonomy, transparency and responsibility

⚽️ You are motivated by team spirit and the desire to share. You have a real willingness to be part of a collective adventure

📲You are sensitive to UX, because you will help create the user interfaces
