Within the Growth team (8 people), you will be in charge of all of our Paid and SEO efforts. The role encompasses all SEA, SMO campaigns and remarketing and also SEO strategy and deployment.
You will work closely with our growth manager specialized in paid and our content manager for our seo contents.
Our mains missions will be :
In collaboration with the Head of Growth, define the paid strategy for Libeo
Build your team.
Manage our acquisition budget: determine the best allocation per channel, per period.
Manage the SEA/Display/Youtube and social campaigns (Facebook/ Instagram/ Linkedin Ads).
Work closely with the two existing Acquisition teams (Paid Media and Lead Generation/ Outbound) and explore the opportunity to launch new ones (Organic, SEO).
Collaborate with our brand and communication team to define our best content strategy efforts.
Collaborate with our partnership team to support lead generation effort.
Collaborate cross-functionally with our growth and sales teams on inbound leads.
Work with Business Ops Team to optimize our acquisitions funnels and develop our lead scoring model to optimize sales resources and conversion.
Set the metrics to measure channel effectiveness and optimize efforts to prioritize resources.
Continually test and learn, recommend new channels, acquisition approaches, and A/B tests.
Analyze data to prove ROI and manage dashboards/reports to track campaign success.
Manage relationships with third parties (freelancers, agency).
Be responsible for all Landing Pages and tools.
Setting up & tracking of team objectives with the Paid Media Manager.
Project Management with the Growth team to find new acquisition channels.
