• Identify and prioritize strategic and operational partnership roadmaps.
• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
• Collaborate with top management and other teammates to align the internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
• Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
• Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally.
• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners.
• Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.

**Strong experience in partnerships in the software, fintech or payment industries

• Experience in financial management or accounting software industries is a serious plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment.
• Willingness to both work at strategic level and get your hands dirty to find solutions to all problems.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills and great leadership ability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Entrepreneurial culture & experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
