ABOUT THE POSITION

Lemonway puts payments expertise as the core knowledge for its business. The Payments team plays a central role in this culture and is organized around 3 mains activities: Fraud & Litigation, PSPs & Clients Relationship management and the Payments Processing.

Today, the Payment Processing team is looking for its new teammate. Come and join a very dynamic team, head by Chloé, lead by Romain and support by Joanna and Pierre. You will have a high level of responsibility by processing the daily operations of the Company. This position will give you the chance to contribute to our growth and will bring you a strong experience in payments, cash management in a regulated company.

Responsibilities

• Control the integrity of the bank statements’ import.
• Operate the daily processing of payments operations (incoming bank transfers, checks remittance, SDD, returned outgoing transfers, etc) by recognising and registering the operations on the Lemonway’s payment accounts.
• Ensure the daily reconciliation of cards transactions and other digital payment methods (iDeal, Sofort, MBWAY, MULTIBANCO, etc), identify discrepancies and/or solve reconciliation incidents.
• Process to all operations in compliance with internal rules.
• Support any customer inquiries related to payments processing and payments methods.
• Apply the Segregation procedure in respect with the regulation
• Manage the treasury process of Lemonway (more than 300 bank accounts opened in over 10 different banks accross Europe)
• Operate the cash out (though Swift or Instant payments chanel) requested by the Marketplaces in respect of our providers and banks’ cut off.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and support the product team by providing product update requests and by monitoring the impact of new features.
• Prepare monthly KPIs and carry out analyses on demand.
• Redact and update operating modes and procedures linked with payments processing

ABOUT YOU
Desired skills

• You have a good knowledge of cash management including Swift networks, and have already worked on a TMS (Sage XRT and SBE would be a plus)
• You have knowledge about payment methods and digital wallets,
• You are rigorous, attentive to details and have excellent analytical skills,
• You have an investigative mind, and are curious,
• You are fluent in French and in English,
• You have good communication skills,

Experience

• You have a Master 2 in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• You have a first experience, 1 to 2 years in Cash management, in the Payments Industry, in a Bank or in a PSP.
• You have an appetite for payment ecosystem and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
