ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer the IT System Administrator will join our Tech team to provide IT support within an office environment. He/She should have experience of troubleshooting hardware issues and be able to support users working remotely.

A key focus of this post is to support the efficient running of the organisation’s IT infrastructure by being the first point of contact for staff on IT-related issues and liaising with our offsite and onsite IT partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Deliver amazing customer service, through timely response to support tickets, direct messages, email, and in-person visits
• Thrive in a fast paced environment and adept in investigating and solving issues.
• Bring innovative ideas to the team working to improve our existing processes and procedures.
• Plan and implement company-wide IT policies
• Develop, deploy and manage our network, laptop and desktop security, VPN and remote access.
• Develop our infrastructure with our growing needs and ensure it is appropriately maintained.
• Support our onboarding process and organise a new starter setup both in the office and virtually.
• Support the delivery of technology, including video conferencing and sound systems across the office, building seamless communication resources.
• Take a lead on asset management, maintaining and documenting our IT storage and equipment

ABOUT YOU

• Experience with Windows, AD, GPO - Ideally Mac as well
• GSuite administration and big bonus for an experience with GSuite to Office 365 migration
• Experience with Microsoft Office to support users, communication tools (Slack / Aircall)
• VPN, Wifi, Internal IT security (laptop encryption)
• Experience in Security and Compliance setup and configuration
• Procurement (Laptops, hardware, conf call appliance in the office)

Experience

• Previous experience working within an IT System Administration role supporting users with troubleshooting and maintenance of technology equipment in an office environment
• Experience within a growing startup environment preferred
• Experience with inventory management
• Experience with GSuite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Google Drive), Office365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Slack
• Experience managing end-to-end IT Security
