In order to support the company through its significant growth, we are looking for a talented Content & Lead Generation Officer.

As a key member of the #Marketeam, you are responsible for implementing our Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing strategies. Under the operational supervision of our Digital Marketing Manager, your daily life is structured around the following missions:

Lead Generation & Nurturing management:

  • Development of qualified prospecting bases to supply our sales pipe
  • Produce landing pages to distribute lead generation content
  • Configure a set of nurturing scenarios to develop our notoriety and convert our leads into MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead)
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR to make sure leads are properly qualified, building marketing automation scenarios to assign leads to the sales representatives in charge of following them
  • Improve the lead scoring process in accordance with analytics
  • A/B testing
  • Conduct follow-up reporting on all lead generation & nurturing actions
  • Development of paid acquisition channels: planning, implementation, performance analysis and optimization recommendations for campaigns (SEA, Social Ads, etc.)

Content & community management:

  • Participating in the production of contents: white papers, webinars, social network content, blogs….
  • Configure the operational implementation of content publication and their publication on social networks according to the editorial schedule
  • Management of our community in accordance with the defined editorial schedule
  • Reporting and performance analysis

Profil recherché

Desired skills

  • You have excellent communication and writing skills both in French and English. Spanish or Italian is a real plus!
  • Precise, rigorous and data-driven, you pay great attention to detail
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, with a strong team spirit (and big sense of humour 😉), you know how to work with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • You are autonomous and proactive: you don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves to turn your ideas into reality
  • You are ideally familiar with Wordpress, Plezi & Hubspot
  • You have a ROIist approach and you are familiar with marketing automation tools
  • Multitask & organized, you are a fintech and payment ecosystem lover
  • HTML and CSS knowledge is an asset

Experience

  • Experience in developing inbound marketing & paid campaigns, (Adwords, SMO)
  • You have a previous experience in a fast-growing company, ideally in a BtoB environment
