Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts based in Europe
Deliver value for our customers through upselling
Achieve your growth and profitability goals
Maintain and develop positive relationships with our customers
Inform and update our customers on new products and regulations
Increase the customer satisfaction measured by the NPS
Position yourself as a reliable partner and trusted advisor
Troubleshooting when needed
Update the information and forecasts into Salesforce
Coordinate the required actions with the internal departments
Comply with our regulatory framework

Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in an account management position
Payment industry experience is a must
Experience in a B2B and SaaS environment
Strong track record in account management
