• Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts based in Europe

• Deliver value for our customers through upselling

• Achieve your growth and profitability goals

• Maintain and develop positive relationships with our customers

• Inform and update our customers on new products and regulations

• Increase the customer satisfaction measured by the NPS

• Position yourself as a reliable partner and trusted advisor

• Troubleshooting when needed

• Update the information and forecasts into Salesforce

• Coordinate the required actions with the internal departments

• Comply with our regulatory framework

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an account management position

• Payment industry experience is a must

• Experience in a B2B and SaaS environment

• Strong track record in account management
