Job Description
To sustain their exponential growth and as part of their globalization strategy, Lemon Learning is looking for new talents to help them grow their business and conquer new markets worldwide. As a Country Manager at Lemon Learning, your role will be to develop our business in Italy. 90% of this position consists of sales missions and 10% of operations and strategy management.

In five years, Lemon Learning has become a leader in France on the new and thriving Digital Adoption Platform market, standing out against competitors with longstanding or successful fundraising experience. We owe it all to our very unique customer-centric culture, our innovative product and sales excellence.

Your role will be to duplicate this success story in Italy. Your role will be similar to the one of a Startup Founder: alone and very sales oriented at first, you will have to grow the business to its maximum, and than hire and manage a team as you grow the operations. You will have to grow the business locally, i.e. develop a new client portfolio, recruit and manage staff, monitor performance, develop key strategic partnerships, increase brand awareness at local trade fairs and events, and many more!

You will be under the direct supervision of the Lemon Learning CEO, based in France. You will have to bootstrap a lot of things and be savvy on your approach, but you will be able to count on the ressources, dedication, and expertise of the French teams. A budget is planned for a few trade shows, coworking space, and one or more interns.

Your mission

  • Get to be an expert on Lemon Learning
  • Set up a lead machine and be responsible for the entire sales funnel in the UK
  • Close new deals and drive rapid growth to establish Lemon Learning as the market leader in the UK
  • Settle a brand in your region and implement ways to increase brand awareness
  • Set up a sales team
  • Set up a service team
  • Manage the local website

Onboarding and roadmap:
Month 1 (in Paris / accommodation provided):

  • Sales training in France
  • Product training
  • Technical training
    Goal: help you become an expert on our sales methodology, so that you will be able to replicate it in Italy. .

Month 2 to 9

  • Grow the client portfolio
  • Continue to learn on sales being coached by our CEO
  • Hire and manage an intern after a few months

Month 9 and sqq.

  • Progressively hire and manage a sales team
  • Hire and manage a customer success team

We study CVs with experience in sales or an equivalent field and consider tech-savvy profiles. You will be tested on your ability to propose a complex solution to a high-level representative.

We are open to consider young and motivated candidates.

Opening a new country is difficult and is a several-year journey, but we are willing to reward you according to your success.
