Missions:

  • Responsible of the all recruitment process from sourcing, direct approach, management of applications via ATS, interviews to closing
  • Choose optimal channels to reach out to and attract best fit candidates
  • Regular discussion and reporting with recruiting managers, your internal customers to carry out the closing of your positions in autonomy
  • Direct discussion with Comex, key positions to deliver
  • Being a support and a part of the strategy of the Employer Brand
  • Develop the visibility and attractiveness of Ledger and ensure a watch on innovative actions on the topic 
  • Define and follow an incentive and innovative co-optation policy
  • Requirements:

  • + 8 years experience in operational recruitment, ideally in a context of strong growth or on penuric profiles
  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment - including senior position
  • Excellent interpersonal relations within the company with the different partners of the company but also with the candidates.
  • You master the recruitment process via direct approach
  • You know how to work with HR tools and social networks direct approach
  • Team players, you know how to train and make others recruiters i
  • You are able to take a step back from the recruitment activity in order to carry out structuring projects for the talent acquisition activity
  • You have worked in an international context and are fluent in English
  •  Understanding the Tech / dev Open Source ecosystem is a plus
  • Experience in recruitment consulting is a plus
