Local impact! Above everything, you will make a difference and bend Ledger’s consumer business growth curve towards further acceleration in selected key markets. You and your team will deliver incremental consumer acquisition and activation, hardware sales and service ecosystem engagement. You will of course act on awareness, comprehension, preference, partnerships, visibility, but at the end of the day all this must show in Ledger’s active consumer metrics in each of these markets. This will go through high intensity activities in order to maximize locally both relevant reach and repeat.
You will manage and coordinate a team of 10+ locally contracted Local Market Outreach staff located on the ground across key selected countries.
You will manage and allocate the tactical regional budget, fund and steer agile local PR agencies in close collaboration with Ledger’s marketing and communication team.
You will engage and put maximum energy into collaboration and smart interactions with all the key expert departments at Ledger’s HQ : Growth, Marketing, Communication, Media, Content, Retail, Business Development at the service of these groups on the ground.
You will work hand in hand with the Head of Localization and the Market Strategy and Insights Manager in jointly delivering the most relevant and engaging local experiences.
You will be part of the International Development team within the Consumer Business Unit and report to the VP of International Development.
You will define the best possible action plan to bring to life Ledger’s market strategy, using local tactics at scale.
You will coordinate with Ledger’s HQ experts and their respective central teams leaders to ensure consistency in action and alignment to plans and best practices, positioning your team at the service of the global strategy.
Your team will deliver part or all of the below mix of activities. You should have prior knowledge of these fields and master at least some of them. Together with the central functions, you will define the appropriate mix by country and develop and deliver adequate tactics with the team on the ground.
• Local social / digital marketing and communication
• Local activation and amplification of Ledger’s brand
• Sourcing engaging consumer and market stories in order to fuel Ledger’s local PR and Communication efforts
• Engaging in 360° local partnerships in order to amplify Ledger’s message and riding powerful local media rails
• Engaging with centrally led programs to deliver last mile market relevance
• Engage and recruit ambassadors from identified crypto communities
• Assisting as needed with retailers, influencers, affiliates, NFT, crypto and non crypto partners
