Enterprise Solutions (LES)  Ledger’s industry-leading and independently-certified security technology, the Ledger Vault provides information technology infrastructure for financial institutions to securely control their crypto assets with a multi-authorization self-custody management solution.

 

We are looking for a EA/Business Analyst based in Paris reporting to Alex Zinder, VP of Ledger Enterprise Solutions, to join our rapidly growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the team are fully supported. You'll do this by ensuring the core administrative / operational tasks run smoothly (automating wherever possible), work with a variety of external and internal stakeholders, and ensure people have what they need before they even know they need it! This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual with a genuine interest in Web3 and Enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for the team which will include diary management including logistics such as booking of meeting rooms, organization of conferences, breakfast/lunch/diner meetings etc
  • Manage and coordinate leadership, key client and stakeholder meetings, including, where applicable note taking, preparation of meetings, keeping of files and minutes of meetings
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations and reports
  • Assist with recruitment from a logistical perspective
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner  
  • Be across all client meetings in the team - anticipate
  • Actively insure potential current and potential clients and other external partners have a great experience in all dealings with us
  • Profile

  • Previous experience supporting a sales team (or able to demonstrate the skills required from other life experience)
  • Organized, methodical and flexible, with a high sense of confidentiality
  • Ability to constantly switch contexts
  • Skilled at prioritizing workloads with an eye for detail
  • Problem-solving skills/Can think ahead 
  • Service oriented
  • Thrives in an ever changing environment/works well in the grey
