Within one of our customer support teams based in Bordeaux/Cestas (France) and under the responsibility of the team manager, you will be in charge of assisting our customers and subsidiaries with Lectra products (cutting machines, plotters, spreaders, software, industry solutions 4.0). Your main mission will be to guarantee the availability of Lectra machines installed at customers. In order to ensure the best performance of Lectra equipment, the customer support engineer will provide remote support in order to solve efficiently the problems and will take actions for smart services functioning, according to the service contracts.
All these actions are undertaken in order to ensure a good level of satisfaction for our customers, providing quality services and maintaining the optimal performances of our machines.
You have a degree in industrial engineering, electronics, mechanics or production and have a first professional experience (including internship).
You know or are familiar with:
You have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of service. You have good analytical and adaptive skills, especially in solving problems related to external and internal customer needs.
The main languages required are English and Portuguese, ideally French.
