As Sales Manager Italy, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing Leakmited’s commercial strategy in Italy.
You’ll be responsible for driving business growth, developing a strong customer portfolio (utilities, municipalities, industries, and partners), and ensuring the success of our expansion in the country.
Acting as a true ambassador of Leakmited, you’ll build long-term relationships with clients and partners, promote our innovative water management solutions, and contribute to shaping our local market presence.
Your Missions
Define and execute the sales strategy for the Italian market in alignment with the European growth roadmap.
Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with B2B clients and strategic partners.
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders: utilities, public authorities, infrastructure managers, and private companies.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction.
Participate in trade fairs, demos, and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Maintain a steady flow of new business in the pipeline through active prospecting.
Coordinate technical and operational resources effectively to stay focused on sales.
Monitor key sales KPIs (pipeline, conversion rate, revenue growth, client retention) and report progress to the Head of Sales.
Act as the local market expert, providing valuable feedback on trends, competitors, and client needs.
Hard Skills
Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Background in tech, IoT, utilities, environmental, or industrial sectors.
Strong ability to develop new business and manage complex sales cycles.
Skilled negotiator with experience dealing with public and private clients.
Excellent command of CRM tools (CRM Pipedrive)
Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
