Your Mission
Directly reporting to our General Counsel, you will assist her to support the business’ growth while mitigating its legal risk and raise legal awareness by training the teams.
Your main tasks will be as follows:

• Commercial: ensure the fluidity of our legal process by reviewing clients and suppliers’ contracts, answering legal queries from the operational teams and connect the teams by providing them the necessary legal information;
• Corporate: prepare the corporate documents for the Board and Shareholder’s meetings of our French holding and of its subsidiaries and more generally ensure the compliance of our corporate secretary;
• M&A: assist the General Counsel in the acquisitions;
• Employment: support the work of the legal and operational team in building and structuring internal policies for its employees in France and abroad, assist on the employment contract matters;
• Legal Department organization: improve the templates, processes and guidelines of the Legal Department, create keynote, guidelines and other relevant material for the operational teams.

You’re At The Right Place If:

• You have a Master I or Master II in business law or are a “DJCE” student looking for an apprenticeship ;
• English is a no brainer;
• Prior internship experience in related area is a plus;
• You are endowed with excellent communication skills and a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis;
• You are very pragmatic and business oriented;
• You are tech-savvy;
• You are motivated, proactive and able to move projects forward.
