Job description

In order to support our expansion, Le Wagon acquired Emil, the French leading platform for Data & Automation short courses. We are looking for a driven and hands-on Sales & Admissions Associate who will join the New Products team to nurture and convert our top prospective students. Our team is made up of passionate people professionals, problem solvers, thought partners, cross functional collaborators, and driven by the Le Wagon’s mission to change people’s lives.

💪 Your role & responsibilities

Working closely with the VP New Products and the VP Education, you will play a central role in attracting top talent students to join our newly launched offers. Your role will consist of managing all application pipelines, from inbound inquiries to onboarding. At the same time, you’ll be implementing sales strategies to qualify prospective students.

  • Support the definition of the sales strategy, working closely with the marketing lead and the bootcamp leaders;
  • Answer inbound sales inquiries;
  • Implement nurturing strategies to qualify leads for the admissions process (for example via outbound calls);
  • Lead sales-related events including open evenings and info sessions.

Manage admissions pipelines from end to end across our new programs

  • Interview candidates to assess their motivations, career projects, and tech prerequisite skills to ensure our Bootcamp will help them reach their goals and objectives;
  • Nurture candidates in the pipeline, ensuring frequent touchpoints and providing quick clarifications when requested, properly documenting all interactions;
  • Monitor preparation work before the bootcamps begin, and communicate with the team to ensure a smooth onboarding;
  • Improve our admissions processes based on your observations and relevant data.

Preferred experience

👋 Ideal candidate

  • You have knowledge in Data and Automation or you are eager to learn! (Wagon or Emil alumni, don’t be shy!)
  • You have previous work experience in sales or tech recruitment : argumentation is a natural skill for you
  • You are fluent in French, English is a plus!
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • You are organized, rigorous and reliable with real attention to detail
  • You are outgoing, empathic, and sociable
  • You enjoy working in an environment with a high degree of independence
  • You have a real interest in technology and lifelong education
