As a Key Account Executive, you will:

• Generate new pipeline for yourself as we grow and build your part of the business semi-autonomously, using the best-in-class tools and support from our Education team.
• Conduct live product demonstrations or sales presentations over the phone and via webinar
• Develop and grow your sales pipeline, generating new business opportunities through **up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Understand and document your clients’ needs and work with our Education team to design the right educational solution.
• Negotiate framework agreement or work on important tender offers.

• Over 3 years in B2B sales and key account management, or relevant experience, ideally in the education or tech industry.
• You have proven past success in a selling environment.
• You are experienced in selling in both 1:1 and 1:many situations.
• You are able to identify client challenges and align Le Wagon’s solutions to meet their needs.
• You can effectively and persuasively communicate with decision-makers at head office level.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You have strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
• You are fluent in English and have excellent written & verbal communication skills
• You have a strong interest in EdTech and corporate training fields
• You are independent and pro-active
• You are goal-oriented, organized and team player
