Your Role 🎯

The New Products team is now looking for an outstanding professional to join us as Growth Manager. This is a vital role in the overall Le Wagon’s expansion. The role would directly report to the VP New Products, and will work closely with Le Wagon’s group Head of Growth.

This job is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business!

Your Responsibilities 🚀

Everytime we want to launch a new offer, you will be in charge of marketing it! With the help of the VP New Products, you will do:

  • Content & Email Marketing : you will create content to support the launch (Linkedin posts, emails and blog posts) and to attract Le Wagon’s leads to the new products
  • Event Marketing : you will organize webinars & in-person events with the event team, find speakers and market those events
  • Partnerships : you will push the new offers to existing partners
  • Paid Acquisition : if content isn’t enough, you will work with the paid acquisition team to create and run ads to support the launches
  • Landing page & marketing material creation : you will work with the VP New Product to present the new offers
  • Performance monitoring: Keep track of the performance of your actions and share clear dashboards with the team. Identify the main drops in our workflows to improve them constantly.

Profil recherché

Experience 🏅

  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in growth and / or content marketing and / or launching projects
  • You have great copywriting skills in French
  • Experience in paid acquisition marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads…) and marketing automation is a plus but we can’t teach you!
  • Copywriting skills in English is a plus in case we launch abroad

  • You have a growth and entrepreneurial mindset. You are curious, creative and you want to find solutions to problems everyday.
  • You are a doer and you like to work on concrete projects: this is a very “hands-on” position.
  • You have real knowledge in Data & No-Code because you can’t launch something you don’t understand! And if you use them regularly, it’s even better!
  • You are passionate about professional education and want to change 10,000 workers’ lives in the next 3 years!
