Your Role 🎯

Le Wagon for Business is now looking for an outstanding professional to join us as Global Marketing Manager. This is a vital role that will help us grow our business through new clients and expand into new markets. As part of the Le Wagon for Business leadership team, the role would directly report to the GM of Le Wagon for Business, and will work closely with Le Wagon’s group CMO (leading both B2C and B2B marketing activities).

Your Responsibilities 🚀

As Le Wagon for Business’s Marketing Manager, in close collaboration with Le Wagon for Business’ General Manager and Le Wagon’s CMO, you will build its lead acquisition strategy and brand awareness:

  • Build a global marketing strategy for Le Wagon for Business, report on the B2B marketing KPIs and manage a global budget.
  • Define the key persona, and key client segments to be addressed
  • Increase our brand awareness and preference through specific marketing actions
  • Implement a lead acquisition action plan combining online (SEO, content, paid marketing…) & offline marketing actions (events, fairs, partnerships…), in close collaboration with Le Wagon for Business sales team
  • Create engaging stories and distribute them on our owned channels. Detect hot stories in the press and coordinate with team for the creation of articles to feed our blog and press relations.
  • Research and choose the most adapted CRM solution, implement a marketing automation strategy & content, in close collaboration with Le Wagon marketing team
  • Work effectively with our tech team to improve our websites’ content & UX

Profil recherché

Experience 🏅

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally in the data and tech field), establishing and managing marketing budgets and operations
  • Expertise in SEO & content development, and in testing and measurement practices to optimize ROI
  • Good understanding of product marketing & UX
  • Experience in event marketing in the 2B context
  • You love working collaboratively across multifunctional teams.
  • You are fluent in English and French.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Shortlisted applicants will receive a questionnaire on their past experiences and professional/personal portfolio to demonstrate their abilities for this job
  • First interview (visio call or onsite) with General Manager
