With 40+ campuses across the globe, Le Wagon is looking for its Financial Manager – Group Accounting Process Directly reporting to our CFO, your main missions will be :

Responsible for the accounting month-end closure of our subsidiaries

• You will coordinate the production of the accounting month-end closure of all our subsidiaries in connection with our external accountants.
• You will be responsible for the reconciliations and controls, reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• You will partner with the various departments of our campus to support the accounting process.
• You will follow up and meet deadlines.

Participate in the Finance team’s structuration

• You will structure our Finance Playbook and create new resources for internal training purposes to facilitate the accounting process of our campuses.
• You will help to design and implement scalable accounting policies, procedures, and internal control.
• You will participate with the CFO and the development team in improving our tools and process to build a smooth and performant accounting process.
• Assist the CFO in the preparation of the Board Meetings.

• 2-3 years experience in an accounting firm or an audit firm.
• You have a degree in accounting (DSCG, CCA, or equivalent) or from a Business School with a specialization in accounting.
• Strong accounting knowledge. (incl. IFRS)
• Strong ability to manage several accounting processes at the same time.
• Autonomous: ability to follow up and manage deadlines, taking ownership.
• Ability to coordinate and achieve collaboration from different people.
• You are fluent in English & French.
• You are tech sensitive and like improving processes by using tech tools.
• Sense of contact and pedagogy: you master the accounting process and are able to explain it to non-technical colleagues.
