Job description

Le Wagon’s reputation is built on top of the quality of its pedagogical content and proprietary platform, delivered by an amazingly skilled community of teachers. It all started in 2013 with a single course, a 400h bootcamp of Web Development but quickly grew into a multiple topics & delivery format offer. Le Wagon is now teaching Data Science, there is a part-time option for professionals, and a new Online format launched in 2022. The Le Wagon For Business unit is also exploring new programs (e.g. Data engineering, Green IT, Cybersecurity, etc) with a pre-sales & solutions engineering team, helping to build the future of training with its corporate clients.

With such a variety in content types and potential usecases, we are looking for a conductor to have a centralized view of all contents available and new requests, in order to define the best approach to provide relevant content to all stakeholders. In this context, your main responsibilities as Content Project Manager would be:

  1. Manage the production of new courses

    1. Convert a Syllabus provided by the Pre-Sales (Solutions Engineering) team into an Action plan with intermediate deliverables and clear deadlines
    2. Build a crew of tech experts passionate about teaching to produce course content with the support of a Tech lead from Le Wagon on each vertical (data analytics, data science, devops, ux design, growth marketing, no code)
    3. Manage all the stakeholders demand and take full ownership of the roadmap
    4. Monitor the end-to-end production to reach the highest quality, liaising all parties, and reporting to Management
  2. Assist first delivery of new courses

    1. Work with Customer Success Manager or Batch Managers on Calendar staffing
    2. Supervise async Lecture Video recording
    3. Consolidate feedbacks from Students & Teachers, converting them into actionable items on the Content Roadmap updates for future iterations / batches.
  3. Coordinate maintenance of existing courses

    1. Review students/teachers’ feedback with Operations / Customer Success teams
    2. Work with the internal Engineering team on setting up a Content Update roadmap.
    3. Manage the production and Assist first delivery of new versions of existing courses

Preferred experience

  • You grasp the challenges involved in learning Tech Skills like Software Development, Data Science, No Code, Digital Marketing, etc.
  • You are a clear and confident communicator, with exceptional written and verbal English & French language skills.
  • You are a creative problem solver - highly structured, organised and have the ability to work to tight deadlines to provide practical solutions on multiple projects.
  • You have strong project management skills and have a real drive for results, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • You enjoy working in a small team with a high degree of independence.
  • You love clarity and pedagogy and like to see technical or advanced concepts explained in a very practical and fun way.
  • Bonus points if you have previous experience coordinating multi-disciplinary and international teams.
