Your role 🎯

Le Wagon is now looking for an outstanding professional to join us as VP Marketing and Sales. This is a vital leadership role that will help us grow our business through new students and clients and expand into new markets. As part of the leadership team, the role will directly report to the CEO.

Your Responsibilities 🚀

As Le Wagon’s VP Marketing and Sales, you will:

  • Challenge and improve our Marketing & Sales strategy to bring new students & clients, both in B2C and B2B.
  • Develop and manage a strong central team working closely with c-level and local teams, and build an organisational structure that fosters collaboration and creativity.
  • Improve our lead & enquiry generation strategy, combine online & offline actions and work with local teams to adapt our strategy to their markets.
  • Work closely with Admissions teams to better understand prospects, improve our CRM strategy and define the right sales approach to generate qualified applications from leads and grow enrolments to our courses.
  • Define and report on global/local marketing KPIs and manage global budget.
  • Plan and coordinate global/local roadmaps on events, partnerships, content, SEO and PR.
  • Work effectively with our engineering team to improve our websites & tech platforms.
  • Collaborate with our General Manager of B2B to define and implement the right corporate strategy.
  • Reinforce our relations with public authorities in strategic markets (e.g. France) through efficient PR actions, working closely with public funding team.

Profil recherché

Experience 🏅

  • You have 5-8 years of experience building and managing international marketing & sales teams.
  • You have a very good knowledge of all digital marketing areas (CRM, SEO, SEA, paid media, paid social, content & event marketing).
  • You have experience in defining, planning and executing global & local strategies.
  • You master digital marketing tools such as Hubspot, SEA & paid social platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
  • You love working collaboratively across multifunctional teams.
  • You have experience establishing and managing marketing budgets.
  • You have a good understanding of product marketing & UX.
  • You are fluent in English and French.
