Your Role 🎯

Our General Manager for B2B Operations, Clément Eulry, is looking for a Chief of Staff to actively contribute to the growth of B2B activities worldwide. Reporting directly to him, you will join the B2B team at a pivotal time, and take ownership of different projects and missions to help the team achieve its ambition. In particular, building the B2B strategy and leading its implementation, advising and supporting vertical sales leaders on their go-to-market approach and monitoring progress, optimizing the workflows between the different teams (pre-sales, sales, Ops, marketing…) and the usage of our CRM platform (Hubspot), identifying opportunities to improve sales efficiency and reaching operational excellence, and animating the key team and cross-functional meetings.

Your responsibilities (in more detail) 🚀

B2B Strategy:

  • You will play an active part in building the overall strategy for Le Wagon For Business: thanks to your thorough analysis on projects and business plans, competitive intelligence research and proactive insights into macro-economic trends, you will contribute to our decision making process (priorities in business growth, new country openings, etc).
  • You will monitor its implementation: report on progress and identify the key decisions and trade-offs to be made
  • You will be in charge of designing all supports and key messages to present our activities and our major success, in close coordination with our Marketing teams

Go-to-Market :

  • You will support vertical sales leaders in defining their strategy and in their progress
  • You will animate the community of Le Wagon regional sales managers, so that they actively develop the business in their markets

Team & Performance Management:

  • You will support the definition, roll-out and monitoring of OKR and related KPIs for Le Wagon For Business’s sales teams.
  • More specifically, you will be in charge of designing the ideal workflow, reporting and actionable dashboard to monitor our sales activity and performance on our existing tools (Hubspot)
  • Thanks to your analyses, you will identify opportunities to improve our sales efficiency and optimize our team workflows and our operations
  • You will support our General manager in organizing / leading recurring team meetings, and ensure the team can voice and share their successes and the challenges they face

Project Management:

  • Depending on the needs, you will be in a privileged position to take ownership of structuring project for developing our activities (new country opening, sales activity tracking, sales enablement, etc).

Profil recherché

About you 💪

  • You are a pragmatic, problem-solver person: when some people see a problem, you see opportunities to think out of the box and try to overcome the issue.
  • You have at least one successful experience in fast-paced environment, or in a strategy consulting firm, where you have been in charge of varied responsibilities - bonus point if you have already been in the Chief of Staff shoes in a start-up before.
  • You speak English fluently - French could be a plus, though. You are excellent in writing powerful messages in English (again, bonus points if you know how to do it in French as well).
  • You are empathetic: not only are you very good at establishing relationships with your colleagues or potential clients, you also know how to adapt your communication based on the person you are talking to / what this person expects from you.
  • You have very strong analytical skills
  • Google Sheets has no secrets for you and you are a master in building impactful slidedecks
  • You love working in a very fast-paced environment where change is often the key word.
