As a Senior Rental Manager, you will accompany the Supply & Stay department in the management of the portfolio of properties. You will lead by giving the example: based on our company values and with utmost professionalism, train the team and ensure our luxury service standards are met towards both, our clients and our owners. From check-in to check-out, you will take ownership of the satisfaction of all parties involved, especially the client.

You will form part of a team that acts as the eyes of the company. You will manage the processes of a luxury company from a practical, operational and administrative perspective, actively contributing to the success of Le Collectionist. Very quickly, you will be expected to become an essential team member, in a “family” atmosphere, in one of the worlds’ most attractive destinations.

🏡 Collection Management (off-season)
You will manage a portfolio of villas in your destination
Build long lasting business relationships with owners and clients
Become an expert of the properties in your portfolio

🤝 Operations Management (season)
Represent the Rental Management team in your destination and manage take ownership of respecting our service quality standards
You will deal with the clients you are assigned to and arrange all the necessary for them for their holidays
Check client -in, -out, and troubleshoot issues encountered by your team members and your clients

💪 Team Management and Reporting
Lead the team to reaching their targets and objectives
Actively contribute to the optimization of new and existing processes
Take ownership of our clients satisfaction, at a team level
“Stay Conflicts”: you will represent the Rental Management Team (Stay Team) in your destination and collect all relevant information of any on-going conflict. These will have to be reported to the Team Leads in order to strategize an appropriate solution.
Train and take ownership in preparing the team to represent Le Collectionist at its highest standards with all other parties involved
Coordinate the peak season operations
Actively contribute to the growth of the Supply team by involving them in any new potential addition to the portfolio (new villas, scouting)
You will contribute to the end of season reports for the Owners and on the Stay Team


Profil recherché

You will need…

  • Perfect English (spoken and written) and Good Spanish (spoken)
  • 3 years of experience in the luxury sector: Sales, Hospitality or any similar service business
  • with 1 year supervision or management of a team
  • A valid driving license in Spain (manual gearbox)
  • A Leader attitude that will represent the company values and give an example to follow to your teammates
  • An extensive personal travel experience with luxury product knowledge
  • To be highly organized and punctual - this is crucial in your role
  • Expert in hospitality Savoir-Faire and utmost politeness
  • Great administration skills (use of computers and Microsoft Office pack, Excel should be your bff)
  • To respect the confidentiality character of the job

Will be considered a plus, if you…

  • French or other languages are always highly appreciated
  • Bring in a potential client database
  • Have knowledge of your destination
