As a member of the Sales Team in Spain and under the responsibility of a your manager, you will be the guarantor of the Collectionist’s promise to clients and owners.

Your detailed tasks will be as follows:

Support the sales team in all stages of the booking process from qualification to closing.
To rent properties to high-end clients and to achieve business objectives by applying Le Collectionist’s processes and tools.


1/ Sales team support:

Helping to qualify leads and accompanying them throughout the booking process
Sales follow-up, appointment setting, reminders
Follow-up of clients and owners payments while ensuring a good communication with each one
Updating the availability and prices of villas in our system

2/ Management of customer reservations:
Qualification of incoming inquiries and prioritization, with precise identification of needs
Rigorous drafting of all proposals and contracts relating to villa reservations
Negotiation with clients and owners
Visit the villas to get a knowledge of our product and sell it in the best way to our clients
Weekly review of the commercial activity
Execute the repeat strategy

Profil recherché


Skills requirements:

  • You are enrolled in an Administrative/Business bachelor or Master program;
  • You have a similar experience in sales assistant missions;
  • You speak English fluently, another language would be a plus (German, Spanish, French, Russian for example);
  • You are rigorous and organized, completing each task in the best possible way;
  • You are proactive on a daily basis, taking initiative without waiting to be asked to do things;
  • You are also synthetic, a quality that allows you to speak and write in a clear and understandable manner while being concise;
  • You have a cheerful, dynamic and involved personality;
  • You have good communication and listening skills;
  • You have an interest or sensitivity for the luxury sector.
  • Ideally, an internship for the end of your studies or for a gap year which can lead to a fixed-term contract or a permanent contract depending on the growth and the organization.
