Details of the role:
The Integration Analyst’s objective is to support the company’s build-up strategy following a successful acquisition. Working closely with the M&A team on the target companies, the Integration team will work on many cross-functional projects. As the Integration Analyst, you will support the Head of Integration throughout the post-merger process. The principal tasks are as follows:

Strategy:

  • Define and theorise the integration strategies
  • Continually adapt the Integration Handbook to reflect learnings
  • Analyse the key areas of strength and weakness within Le Collectionist and in its target acquisitions
  • Provide analysis on the performance of Le Collectionist and its subsidiaries; follow-up of the synergies

Integration:

  • Design (with the Head of Integration) a detailed RoadMap for Integration per acquisition
  • Act as the mediator and relay in relevant discussions (diplomacy is essential)
  • Assist with the implementation of key projects in both the acquisition and within Le Collectionist
  • Follow-up (quantitatively and qualitatively) the projects underway
  • Follow-up (quantitatively and qualitatively) the synergies
  • Coordination of reporting and governance structures
  • Coordination of different events linked to the integration
  • Participate (where required) in operational tasks to facilitate the integration

Objective:
To ensure the proper integration of the Collectionist’s future acquisitions in order to put the target companies in a position to successfully achieve their objectives over the next 18 months


Profil recherché

  • Internship (6 months) starting July or September
  • Undergraduate degree minimum required, preferably from a business school
  • You are fluent in English and French (bilingual), another language always a plus
  • You are an excellent communicator and have great people skills
  • You are motivated, rigorous and proactive
  • You have excellent analytical skills and are a problem solver
  • You are adaptable and willing to get stuck in to many different projects
  • Professional experience in consulting is a plus
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite knowledge is required

Déroulement des entretiens

  • 20 minute call with HR
  • Meeting with the Head of Integration and Case Study (3 hours max. preparation)
  • Call with the CFO
