BRAMBLE GROUP SALES ADVISOR
The Bramble Group is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our ambitious and friendly team in Verbier.
You will combine an enthusiastic and authentic approach for our three brands, Bramble Ski, Haute Montagne and Lagom, and most importantly show genuine passion and knowledge of the luxury travel industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will deal with day-to-day enquiries via telephone, email and in person from direct clients and our extensive agent network.
Respond to enquiries quickly and efficiently ensuring clients receive the most suitable options and ultimately converting the sale.
Follow the Bramble Group’s sales strategy, maximising gross profit for the company and working to achieve the company’s annual sales target.
Build strong relationships with our agent network and developing new business.
Responsible for following up with clients after their stay, securing repeat bookings, reporting all feedback and recording all information.
Develop excellent knowledge of all the Bramble Group products, services and the resorts to ensure our clients are best informed.
Maintain a friendly, courteous, service-orientated, professional, outgoing mindset throughout all interactions with agents, clients and suppliers.
Have a willing and positive approach to learning and participating in training and to continue this mindset with the introduction of new products and services.
Represent the Bramble Group brands at agent/client meetings, trade shows, events and resort familiarisation trips.


Profil recherché

PERSONAL PROFILE
A naturally passionate, kind and determined person, willing to build a strong understanding of our clients and their needs by fostering a long-lasting relationship.
You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and have a working knowledge and understanding of French.
You have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
You approach work with flexibility and an ability to adapt to different customers.
A willingness to work in and promote a team-oriented environment.
Your excellent interpersonal skills ensure clear, effective communication with all management, staff, and clients.
You’re proficient and confident in using the latest technologies and online booking platforms.
You’re proven track record in driving sales and experience in the luxury travel marketplace really shines through.
You have excellent attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS
• European passport holder or Swiss passport / work permit holder
• Proven background in sales roles or multiple years’ experience excelling in the luxury chalet industry a must
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and a good working knowledge and understanding of French
• A dynamic and driven applicant with strong commercial acumen
• Outstanding communication skills
• Hardworking, multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail
• A flexible approach to travel and working hours
• Attracted by the “start-up” environment and culture
• Driver’s license required
