The role

Innovation & Sustainability Coordinator will play a Key role in supporting the Global Innovation Director in the integration of sustainability across our business, both in our client work and our employee engagement.

Globally, as part of the global innovation team, your main tasks will include:

• Creation, maintenance and update of presentation decks, frameworks, internal communication material on our sustainability offers
• Organization and preparation of internal meetings, writing reports on our team's activities
• Research resources and best practices that can be embedded into our offering, to help our clients in the work they are doing across sustainability
• Manage the daily activities of the Good Squad, our global internal community of 300+ volunteers dedicated to sustainability

At a local level for the Paris & Geneva studio:

• Support the local teams on client projects related to sustainability with research, audits, benchmarks, and analysis
• Support the Marketing/Communications & New Business team to build our external reputation on sustainability: PR activities, outreach campaigns to prospects, events.

What we’re looking for

Master 1 or Master 2 student in Business, Management, Sustainability Management, Communication with a keen interest in sustainability and branding

You are:

• A creative thinker with strong analytical skills and an understanding of brand and commercial strategy
• A diligent project manager, with experience working on fast-paced projects with multiple parties
• Informed on sustainability and what it means for brand and companies today
• Always want to help others and create a positive working environment that fosters high-quality output
• Comfortable working independently as well as a valued team member
• Bilingual in English and French
