The role

The Client Manager (CM) is responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring that projects are delivered with the right scope, on time, and on budget. The CM is accountable for flawless project management. A CM may be solely responsible for small accounts or brands that are part of a larger portfolio for which a Client Director is accountable for. The CM may also seek ways to grow existing business and add value to other new business pursuits. The CM may manage an intern or guide/mentor a Client Associate and be teaching/training those team members about best-in-class project management.

What are we looking for ?

You have a Masters with a specialisation in marketing, communication, branding; you have 2 to 3 years of work experience in the management of FMCG and/or corporate projects of international scope and you have :

  • a real organisational skills and rigour and are project-oriented
  • fluency in English
  • good skills of the Office suite and the Mac environment
  • agency experience if possible
  • excellent written and verbal communication,
  • the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment

You are autonomous, curious, dynamic and proactive. You show a real interest in marketing, storytelling, media and communication, agency life and brand strategy.

You will blossom in a kind and energetic environment where freedom of speech and initiative prevail and where “bullshit” and politics are “persona non-grata”.
