Descriptif du poste

KEY MISSIONS :

- Define global footwear trade marketing strategy & framework -in line with sales & marketing objectives to support sell-out & accelerate category's business development mainly with international key accounts.

- Develop relevant wholesale trade marketing kits/tools/material - covering 360 touchpoints - to further develop footwear presence with wholesale partners in order to optimize sell-in & sell-out.

- Work closely with brand strategy, VM, customer journey, product, MBP & creative teams to create robust trade marketing kits and activation programs to increase category presence within wholesale partner's ecosystem & channels

- Collaborate and work in hand in hand with regional + local sales and marketing teams to define, build and execute impactful trade plans & activation programs with wholesale partners.

- Together with sales & marketing teams, improve brand presence and campaign execution through excellence in in-store planning, digital activations and performance tracking in alignment with sales & marketing key priorities

- Develop Lacoste footwear presence in Tier 0 channels by providing the regional + local teams with relevant tools, material & guidelines.


Profil recherché

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND :

· Minimum of 5 years work experience in trade marketing for a footwear brand and/or a retailer
· Relevant experience in international environment with strong cross-functional project management skills
· Has a solid understanding of 360 marketing levers & a sharp knowledge of the footwear business/market & consumer
· Experience in building 360 trade marketing initiatives & sales animation programs and skilled at delivering & deploying go to market activation plan with high standards execution
· Strong knowledge of retail & wholesale environment and is able to create & develop relevant assets/tools/material to support sell-in & sell-out
· Ability to navigate in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Flexible and good at dealing with global coordination, local needs and managing conflicting priorities
· Skilled at influencing others by working cross-functionally with internal departments, external partners & stakeholders
· At ease dealing with numbers, KPI's & budget management

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :

· Fluency in English is mandatory
· Experience in footwear industry (brand and/or retailer) is mandatory
· Brand-driven mindset, entrepreneurial spirit & creative skills
· Positive thinking & facilitator attitude
