Your team:

Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, the Sales Operations & Strategy team is in charge of running smoothly and continuously improving Sales operations (hunting, inbound sales, account management and restaurant training), in a scalable way, to increase sales revenue & productivity.

You will join an agile and dynamic team, in a fast moving scale-up environment and will take part in an international organization that values strong execution, sharing and growing together.

What you will do:

As a member of this team and as a key business partner for central and local Sales teams (350+ salespeople), as well as Product and Marketing departments, you will have the following missions:

  • Design and coordinate the roll-out of new core sales processes & tools
  • Strengthen, scale and homogenize existing sales business processes (inbound, outbound, training…)
  • Deploy and align new markets on sales processes and KPIs (launch of new countries..)
  • Develop and ensure adoption of go-to-market strategy (roll-out of new offers..)
  • Be responsible for yield management (Special offers, Yums, SuperYums..) and festivals topics related
  • Animate local Sales Ops community as the central point of contact: daily support, onboarding, recurrent meetings…
  • Drive other sales operations projects to improve sales processes and productivity of the sales reps

Profil recherché

Who you are:

Master’s Degree of a top Business or Engineering School
3+ years experience in consulting, project management, analytics or in a similar position in a fast-paced and international environment
Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities, problem solver, action-oriented and proactive
True team player with excellent communication skills, humble and eager to learn
Data lover with strong analytical skills (proficiency in Excel and Gsheet is a must; SQL is a plus)
Fluent in spoken and written English & French
Previous experience with Salesforce (or other CRM tool) is a plus
