Preferred experience

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will:
• Be an essential part of the success of La Belle Assiette, ensuring a fluid customer experience thanks to the amazing level of support offered by our team during the booking to both our clients and our private Chefs.
• Responding to client enquiries by phone, email, and live chat maintaining excellent conversion rates.
• Ensure a strong level of personalisation to the service we offer to our customers by remaining simple, efficient and incredibly helpful.
• Find solutions to customer and partner issues throughout the event cycle, and monitor the key metrics of your business line.
• Source and onboard new chefs whilst guaranteeing the quality of the services provided.
• Ensuring that product/tech is working effectively; and provide regular feedback to the product team, as well as assisting in the deployment of new features.
• Gradually become the key team-member in the success of the UK market : active participation in operational projects (improvement of processes and tools) and selected Sales & Business Development opportunities. You will ultimately be the voice of the UK market, its clients and Chefs.
• Actively participate in cross-market best practices sharing to continuously improve your skills and our services.

You have :
• Excellent sales skills and possess the ability to be persuasive
• Native English speaker. Fluent in French
• The confidence to use your initiative and be able to act fast to resolve unexpected issues and emergencies with ease.
• A clear understanding of what “being adaptable and agile” means: we are a fast moving company and procedural changes need to be implemented quickly!
• Attention to details and can multi-task efficiently dealing with multiple tools and software at once ;
• Persistent : you like to understand problems, look at the available data in order to propose fact-based solutions;
• A real team player (we have a real collaborative approach);
• Innovative mindset, speaks-up and is not afraid of proposing new tests;
