Descriptif du poste

Main responsibilities:

  • Collect needs: Collect inputs on the local processes, programs and tasks as well as the experience expected from the new processes for all populations (corporate, retail field, Operations shop floor, etc).
  • Tool localization and iterative configuration improvement: Support the Stream Leader in detailing the process design, gaps and risks identification and assess different alternatives. Bring broad HR expertise during the workshops and the meetings to enrich the discussions, identify solutions and improve the design of the local processes. Accompany the local project teams in the localization process by listening, understanding and guiding the countries in all the steps (along the iterations of configuration, testing, including adaptation of the testing strategy, User Acceptance Tests etc).
  • Product gaps and release management: manage the products gaps for the 2 modules (identification of product gaps all along the workshops, share them with SAP SuccessFactors, challenge SAP SF roadmap…) and support the release management process (impacts identification, testing with key suers, communication with Change team…)
  • KPI and analytics. Take the coordination role for designing and assessing the KPIs linked to the newly designed processes and implementation. Based on the KPI’s and analytics needs design the reports and the dashboards.
  • Change management: Support the Change plan for adoption in:
    . Collecting the gaps between current and new processes
    . Writing guidelines and process descriptions that includes setting Walkme (tool to support the adoption of the SuccessFactors solutions)
    . Validating and facilitating trainings (Train the Trainer) for countries to inform and upskill them on the new system features and processes

Profil recherché

  • Operational HR experience – around 5 years
  • Knows the current HR processes and HR tools well and is at ease learning about new tools
  • Knows how to manage project planning as well as proficient in stakeholder management
  • Ready to travel to the countries for key local workshops
  • At ease with facilitating workshop sessions: listening skills, communication skills, establishing trust with all actors, including the countries
  • English communication skills – speaking & writing
