We can summarize your missions in 4 main objectives:

Key job accountabilities:

ACCESS Project Manager is responsible for the good functioning and all technical aspects of ACCESS platform. He/she is also in charge of gathering business needs and evolution requests. ACCESS Project Manager will supervise the new features and developments roadmap, working closely with our vendor and IT team to ensure a good delivery

Project Management:

  • Being the SPOC for IT + Docebo + WSF and managing the technical requirement of the platform directly with related stakeholders
  • Collaborates with local and international teams to deliver an ideal user experience as well as post launch activities such as customer support and servicing
  • Follow-up deployed countries with their specific needs related to the platform
  • Collect all client technical needs and prioritize them with the Management Leadership
  • Provide regular status reporting and success metrics to all stakeholders

Operations/Product Management:

  • Coordinates development releases and sprints planning with the external partner for on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Ensure a successful delivery of Build – Run- Roll out stages for ACCESS 2.0
  • Ensure the maintenance activities with new features, bug fixes and changes of ACCESS platform both for 1.0 and 2.0 versions
  • Imagines and promotes alternative options/solutions to match client needs
  • Interface with internal resources and external vendors to provide effective visual design, search engine optimization, analytics and technical solutions
  • Work hand-in-hand with local key users (Education, Digital, IT) to define the ongoing functional specifications
  • Participate in data upload, system setup and application testing
  • Provide local business process documentation, maintenance service and support after go-live
  • Prepare local training material and conduct/coordinate training for internal users (Global and Local).
  • Controlling system functionality and provision of resolutions for potential challenges
  • Rapidly acquires new knowledge on ACCESS solutions and keeps constantly updated of technological opportunities & market trends in his/her field

Country support:

  • Helpdesk for countries while the teams learn how to use the platform
  • Follow-up country roll-out success metrics and share status with local and global management

Requirements:

ACCESS Project Manager has a positive and pro-active attitude and a deep understanding of the digital world and dynamics. As a generalist he or she shows excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can be described as an entrepreneur accepting responsibility for projects, working on many tasks simultaneously and seeing them through to completion. He or she must be able to work independently as much as contributing as a part of a larger team, showing strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have significant experience in:

  • Area of Digital project management support within professional services, product development or other software related positions
  • Proven track record of project managing & delivering successful enterprise level multinational projects
  • Excellent sense of organization, time and project management.
  • Ability to work independently under time constraints to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player at ease in a multi-cultural team, motivated and with positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and commitment, with a hands-on approach. We will expect the candidate to manage every task with the same enthusiasm and determination.
  • Proactive with results focused with a can-do attitude
  • Rigorous, precise with a great eye for detail.
  • Proven interpersonal, presentation skills,
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills in English and any European language
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Ideally Good understanding of the B2B expectations and operations

Déroulement des entretiens
