The IT O+O Europe Commercial Team is in charge of delivering digital tool s for L’Oréal’s sales representative and customer care across whole Europe : Kepler Sales & Kepler Service . We blend cutting-edge technology with strategic commerce expertise to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring a seamless and engaging user & customer journey across all our digital platforms. Passionate about driving business growth, our collaborative team is dedicated to making L’Oréal’s diverse portfolio of brands shine.

What a day in the life of the IT Program Manager looks like:

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive features Roadmap: Coordinate Business & IT stakeholders to define Kepler Sales & Kepler Service feature roadmap
  • Define Release strategy & methodology: Implement robust end-to-end methodology & process to secure release delivery ( from demand / problem creation, prioritization, build/ configuration to end to end test)
  • Project Leadership: Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, run team, countries, other IT teams involved in the eco-system ( Salesforce, Capgemini, Customertimes, HIP, SAP) and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Team management: Lead the factory team composed of developers, testers, and tech lead adapting to several locations ( Eastern Europe, India & France)
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships & processes with internal ecosystem stakeholders, cultivating trust and confidence in your expertise. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, presenting complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Continuous Improvement: Define how we can stay on top of our game in terms of release management by bringing both agility, quality & structure

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you this competencies:
  • Proven Experience: 3-4 years minimum of experience as a Program Release Manager or in a similar consulting role
  • Methodology oriented: Demonstrate strong methodology skills, with the ability to dissect complex business challenges and IT scalable solutions.
  • Communication Prowess: Possess good communication (written and verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Thrive in a team-oriented environment, actively collaborating with colleagues, clients, and partners to drive successful outcomes.
  • Problem solving mindset
