• Animate Capacity Planning & Time Tracking Process and Support Data Factory Teams Members.
• Animate End to End Process of Purchase Order (PO) with Domain Managers and Suppliers.

In Term Reference Guides and Documents:

Creation and Maintenance of Project Portfolio Governance Reference Guides:

• Governance Calendars
• Demand to Management Process
• Capacity Planning User Guide/ Guidelines
• Time Tracking User Guides
• Management of Agile Projects and Products in SNOW
• DFT Project/Product Portfolio Governance

Change Management and Communication:

• Support all kind change management activities: Trainings, Communication, Workshops in collaborative and co-build approach and in the objective to unify our teams.

In this specific position as IT DATA PMO, it will be important for you to have:

• A significant experience as PM or PMO in IT.
• Very good English skills – Write & Speak
• Engineer or Business School Degree
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Pack Office – Especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Sense of service, good communication and relationship skills, autonomy, organization and creativity (Your ideas are key)
• PowerBI experience is a plus.
